(... 2 weeks later ...)
Josh is running around mumbling something about orphaned pointer references and Margaret lost her pocket protector to a mistimed lean into the practice field. You're wondering how you can possibly get the gear ratios right to prevent the blocks from flying out of the field every time you hit the trigger. Turning to Gregg you ask if he wouldn't mind passing over a 12-tooth gear. Gregg turns from his work on the wheel assembly and digs through the parts bin.

Everywhere around camp, thousands of robots are taking care of cleaning, chopping wood and preparing meals. The camp has come alive, and the stark differences between the day of arrival and today are beyond count. 'Captain Metalbeard', as he likes to be called, wanders into the room to see how things are going. "Ya scurvy builders are fallin' behind, and yer blasted coders are looking haggard. Ya' gots two weeks ta finish yer work, or you'll be left in the dust", he cries as he leaves the cabin, winking at you out of the corner of his eye. Clearly you need a breakthrough before everything falls to pieces. Now about that gear...
NOTE: Campers planning to participate in Day 2 are strongly encouraged to join us for Day 1 of the camp, late campers are not guaranteed to have access to physical robotics kits, nor the background/learning from Day 1. All are welcome to come in and observe, but please reserve workspaces for those participating in the challenges.

-Overview / Q & A

Important Notes:
Participants will get the opportunity to work directly with VexIQ robotics kits during the sessions, but will NOT receive a kit to bring home with them. There will be a limited number of kits available for purchase by camp attendees on a first-come, first-served basis at the end of the conference.

Participants will also have the opportunity to work with the Robot Virtual Worlds software and the Robot-C development environment. There will be a limited number of 'camp stations' providing access to the software. Attendees who wish to use their own hardware should bring along a laptop.

All kits and camp-owned computing resources will only be available during normal session times. Attendees are encouraged to partake of the other great conference experiences outside of the normal session time slots.
